Stonewell International Corporation is an American-funded enterprise which is engaging in producing aluminum alloy wheel. The factory is located in Taishan City of Wuyi area, which is famous as the national First Hometown for Overseas Chinese, which is next to Hong Kong and Macao and located in southwest of the Pearl River Delta, and it is a good place for economic development in Guangdong. This company was established on November 2001, with the floor space of 380 mu. At present there are many large scale factories and the whole sets of advance equipments for mould-making, fusion, casting, machining, painting, electroplating etc. And a garden-style enterprise has been established.

The managing model in our company is production, supply and marketing, at the same time it carries out the environmental friendly production method. At present our factory is capable of manufacturing the aluminum alloy wheel from the size of 10 inches to 28 inches, with the annual output of 1,200,000 pcs and annual sales volume of $80,000,000.

Our factory strictly carries out TS-16949 quality control system to control product quality, we have perfect labs for element test and performance test, where there are 2 sets of 30-inch radial testing machines, 13°, 30°, and 90°impact testing machines and bending testing machines, which are validated by JWL and VIA. We also have advanced spectral analyzers and X-ray testing equipment, so as to ensure that each product is on the safe side.

We are in possession of the following production facilities: 5 sets of continuous-system melting furnaces, 1 set of melting furnace for aluminum skimming, 3 sets of robot auto-watering machines, several sets of low pressure casting machines, full-automatic numerical control machines, full-automatic painting production line and 3 steady electroplating product lines, which provide guarantee for manufacturing high quality products to satisfy our customers.

We own a professional team of design and development, and some experienced and skillful engineers from abroad. By now we have developed 25 series of products with more than 600 designs, and the annual product development capability is more than 200 designs, which take only 25 days from product design to mass production.
